Canadian Lakes has launched their new official slogan, “the GOOD life” which will brand the community in the mind of current members and new potential property owners. After careful consideration of its target market, it’s features and benefits and being sure to use marketing best practices, the new slogan was formed to position Canadian Lakes as a community that feels like “off the grid” living and vacationing amongst the natural wonders of Northern Michigan but yet still connected by modern day technologies and still easy to commute to and from.
In the past, Canadian Lakes has connected with current and potential members through video production, Facebook, their own website, trade shows as well as media buys in various markets. In 2016, Canadian Lakes’ advertising will continue but will become even more aggressive with new buys in media that has never been used before. New social media avenues have also been launched such as Twitter, Google+ and YouTube. The foundation of all advertising will be enhanced by Canadian Lakes’ brand new, fully over-hauled website, canadianlakes.org.
In addition to advertising, Canadian Lakes will be introducing innovative and creative elements to their marketing plan that will feature “the GOOD life” slogan will enhance the wonderful feeling of being in Canadian Lakes. Plans to market Canadian Lakes through solid partnerships in the surrounding area are already underway and will prove to be beneficial to all those involved. New home builds are already being planned for 2016 and Canadian Lakes is moving forward quickly and in a positive manner with their new brand.
