Fun & Tranquility
Without question, our lakes can be considered our greatest assets. Members and their guests can enjoy the 730 acres of private waters in a variety of ways. For those who are looking for a tranquil water experience, the multiple quiet and serene “no wake” lakes located north of Buchanan Road and south of Seven Mile Road are ideal for canoes, kayaks, or just a simple day of fishing. The connected chain of “all sports lakes” are located in the center of Canadian Lakes and offers the skiing and tubing enthusiast the fun times they crave. Experiencing these idyllic lakes will make you forget all the hustle and bustle of our everyday busy lives.

BOATING & BEACHES
340 acres of all sports water is dedicated to every water sports water lovers enjoy. Spin on waverunners, ski, wakeboard, pull tubers or take a leisurely shoreline cruise on the pontoon. Five private, beautiful Michigan beaches highlight the shorelines of our lakes. Many boast beach volleyball, playground sets and kayak racks for members and their guests to enjoy.

FISHING
Love to fish? You will love it here. Largemouth bass are the main sporting species in our lakes, and we have possibly one of the best largemouth fisheries to be found in Michigan. We practice live release on all largemouth bass, northern pike and tiger muskies 24” and over and ban spearing, to ensure future good fishing for our kids and grandkids. We have lots of bluegill, pumpkinseed, perch and sunfish in our lakes and catching a limit of 25 is easy and makes an enjoyable fishing experience for the young fisherman. Rock bass are frequently caught while fishing for largemouth or bluegill. Like a challenge? Crappie are abundant but very hard to find, except during spawning season or through the ice. Rainbow and brown trout are prolific in the Little Muskegon River which runs through Canadian Lakes.
We have a professional Lakes Management firm which provides overall management of our water quality and weed treatment, plus a Lakes and Environmental Committee which provides oversight of all lake and environmental concerns.
